That quietly improved the value story, though it also nudged list prices upward.
Understand the storage model before buying: allowances are pooled across the organization. Business Starter's 30 GB per user is workable for mail alone, but Drive-heavy teams will hit it quickly; Standard's 2 TB per user pool is the practical sweet spot and the tier most businesses should buy.
