Our Time4VPS review
Time4VPS is the VPS brand of Interneto Vizija, one of the Baltics' largest hosting groups, and it has been shipping cheap Linux servers from Vilnius since 2012. The pitch is simplicity: one location, a clean plan ladder, and prices that undercut Western European rivals.
The Linux VPS line starts around EUR 2.89/mo (roughly $3.20) for 1 vCPU, 2GB RAM and 20GB SSD when billed on a long prepay term, scaling to 16GB RAM for about $14/mo. Bandwidth allowances are unusually generous, with even small plans carrying multi-terabyte allotments on a 100 Gbps-capacity network.
The separate Storage VPS line is the differentiator: HDD-backed instances where a full terabyte of disk costs about $4.85/mo. For backup targets, media archives, seedboxes within AUP limits, and rsync destinations, that is among the cheapest managed-nothing storage online, rivaled mainly by HostHatch storage promos.
Everything lives in one data center in Vilnius. European visitors see solid latency; American or Asian audiences will notice 100-150ms extra round trips. There is no location choice, so this is fundamentally a Europe-audience product. Uptime has been reliable, backed by a 99.95% SLA.
The pricing structure needs reading: headline prices assume the longest billing cycle, and renewals climb after the promotional term, a pattern more familiar from shared hosting than from VPS providers. The 30-day money-back guarantee takes the sting out of testing, which is rare courage in the budget segment.
Support is ticket-only but responsive, and the custom client panel handles reinstalls, backups as paid add-ons, and upgrades cleanly. As with every host in this class, you are the sysadmin. For a cheap European workhorse or a bulk-storage box, Time4VPS earns its LowEndBox reputation.

An HDD-backed VPS optimized for capacity over speed: about 1TB of disk for under $5/mo. It suits backups and archives, not databases or busy websites.
